As the UX/UI designer for TeraTints, I was responsible for designing a seamless and engaging experience that makes purchasing plants online effortless. The goal was to create an app that caters to both experienced plant enthusiasts and beginners looking to bring greenery into their spaces.

Project Overview:
The challenge was to design an intuitive and visually appealing app that allows users to explore a wide variety of plants, receive care tips, and make purchases with ease. The app also needed to incorporate features like plant recommendations based on user preferences, home environment, and care difficulty levels.

Key Contributions:
User Research: Conducted surveys and interviews to understand the needs of different types of plant buyers, from hobbyists to first-time buyers.
UI/UX Design: Designed a clean and user-friendly interface with a focus on simple navigation, making it easy for users to browse plant categories, view detailed care information, and make quick purchases.
Personalized Recommendations: Developed a recommendation engine that suggests plants based on factors such as lighting conditions, plant care expertise, and user preferences.
Checkout & Delivery: Simplified the checkout process, ensuring a smooth transaction experience, along with real-time delivery tracking features.
Plant Care Guides: Integrated care guides and tutorials, providing users with expert advice on how to care for their plants after purchase.
Outcome:
The app received positive feedback for its ease of use, particularly from new plant owners who appreciated the personalized plant recommendations and care guides. The intuitive design led to increased user engagement and a higher rate of completed purchases.
